This program offers four months in residence for government officials and staff, legislation drafters, legislators and their staff, university faculty, and civil society leaders. It aims particularly at personnel who expect to return to their countries, not only to participate in the lawmaking process, but to help train others in legislative theory, methodology and techniques.
